Perhaps we can now begin to understand that 2020 has been a year of revelation, seed thinking and preparation for an imminent global 'initiation through crisis'. It is now clear that social, economic and governing systems face intensifying challenges. Consequently, there needs to be a re-engineering and re-purposing of organisations to better serve humanity and the planetary ecosystems.
Change leaders and progressive organisations are seeking new ways to think, make meaning, relate and innovate.
For the past two decades my work has been concerned with pioneering and proto-typing a new form, method, and application of organisation coaching.
It is time to share insights and solutions with the coaching community.
My intention is to connect with a network of like minded, progressive, individuals and groups passionate about 'fast tracking' the systemic growth and expansion of Coaching & Mentoring as well as organisational transformation world-wide.

As an innovator in organisational coaching and advisory my passion is to find and explore ways to 'step out of the box'.
To my surprise, in 2013, on my first pilgrimage journey I discovered the profound transformational potential from combining coaching with pilgrimage practice. Ever since this experience I have been inspired to live life as a journey, an adventure, a quest. During times of uncertainty and intense crisis this has been my inner foundation providing purpose and meaning.
Today I am passionate to support others by sharing the insights and wisdom forged through my own personal experiences.
