Explore innovation with Systems' Coaching

It all started with an intuitive flash of  insight: that the distressed project I was involved with required some form of organizational coaching.

Simple enough ! ... so I thought. However this was the beginning of a two decade long quest to prototype, design and articulate a novel approach  called Systems' Coaching.  

From project and programme coaching the approach developed into an internal coaching function. Notably the approach achieved finalist at the U.K. National Business Awards in 2004 for, in part, demonstrating business differentiation.

Systems' Coaching then developed in relationship with a variety of  boutique consultancies and later within the PMO and Centre of Excellence fields.

The approach has been piloted in five levels or contexts of organization systems namely:

     -  Industry sector / national utility level  

     -  Corporate & portfolio

     -  Programme

     -  Project

     -  Individual leaders & teams

This book is packed with insights and solutions that may challenge contemporary ways of thinking, application and development of  coaching within organizations.
